Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a photo of the damaged item(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact Amazing Jewels By V within 3 days of receiving your order. Item must be returned to Amazing Jewels By V. Once item is received, you will be sent a replacement item, if available. If the item is not available, you will receive a store credit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns just because you don't like the item or for gift cards/certificates.

Exchanges 
We DO NOT offer exchanges.

Refunds 
We DO NOT offer refunds. Items that have a manufacturer defect must be reported within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or credit.
